Sungrow Middle East is a leading Chinese company that supplies clean energy based in JBC4, JLT Dubai. They supply UAE with energy storage solar systems for commercial and residential applications.

Our team’s knowledge in regards the planning and approval was put to good use prior design phase. The main brief was to create a high dynamic efficient working space which also could be used as showroom. Their fixed workstation design reflects thier fast-moving growth and also to increase productivity.

As Sungrow’s HQ was based in China, we designed most of the space by having workshops online. By doing this where well prepared once FIT OUT works started.

Manage and build

The Janat team where involved at a very early stage, helping to select the most suitable space for our client. This help the client to speed up the legal and approval process with Concordia DMCC. Our team brought to life Sungrow office by cleverly using their brand colors in specific zone. The design was based on two separate areas, works area & showroom area. Both areas alow their teams to focus on performance and sales.

The New Space

The final space included a working office with 40 fixed workstations, open plan desks, several meeting areas finished by a centralized showroom area. Sungrow now have a dominate area where they can be showcasing all their awarding winning products in a modern way. The new space is vibrant with color which allows more activity-based work practice.
