Consult and Design

Our journey began for office interior fitout project for United Safety International FZ-LLC at Dubai Science Park, where we were entrusted with the task of transforming a 1332 sq.ft space into a modern, minimalistic office. During the consultation phase, we carefully listened to our client's vision and requirements, understanding their needs for a clean, efficient, and inspiring workspace. Our expert design team collaborated closely with the client, brainstorming ideas to create a harmonious and functional design that aligns perfectly with their corporate identity and culture. The goal was to strike a balance between aesthetics and practicality, and in the end, we arrived at a concept that exudes sophistication through clean lines, pristine white walls, and elegant wooden LVT flooring.

Manage and build

With the design blueprint in hand, we swiftly moved on to the project management phase, where our skilled team took charge of every aspect of the fitout process. The clock was ticking, and the challenge was to complete the project within just four weeks. We meticulously coordinated all activities, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely execution. The closed gypsum ceilings with white paint finish, and 60x60 ceilings offered a sense of space and brightness to the office environment. The use of glass partitions with chrome finish frames not only added a touch of sophistication but also allowed natural light to flood the workspace, promoting a vibrant and positive atmosphere.

Shah Aziz Shipping Lines’ new address boasts a clean and modern décor that’s diverse and adaptable to the needs of the internal team and customers. A mixture of fixed desks, ergonomic workspaces, meeting rooms, customer focused areas, document storage areas, and breakout areas better utilise the space and help create dedicated environments of productivity. While the luxury fabrics and furnishings, feature lighting, and the grey laminated floors in conjunction with the brand’s colours and brick wallpaper on the main feature wall add a personal touch of elegance to the commercial space.

Together, this diversity of elements helped create a work ambience with a cost-effective fit out that packed the wow factor.

The New Space

After four weeks of relentless dedication, the transformed office space at Dubai Science Park came to life, leaving our client and their team in awe. The result was a minimalist's dream - a seamless blend of functionality and elegance. The wooden LVT flooring perfectly complemented the pristine white walls, creating a calming ambiance. The white-finished furniture added a touch of sophistication, while the glass partitions with chrome finish frames allowed for a sense of openness and collaboration. The overall design not only reflected the client's brand identity but also enhanced productivity and creativity among their employees. This project exemplifies how simplicity, when executed with precision, can lead to a workspace that inspires and energizes all who enter it.
